Paul Reed General Manager email	Paul began his career in the pleasure boat industry while attending college in 1963. It all began at Gem Boat Service as a boat cleaner. That soon grew to on-the-water demonstrating and orientation for new boat owners. In 1964, Paul moved to Anchor Pointe where his sister Anita and her husband were opening a brand new boat sales and service operation. For the next seven years he became involved in every aspect of the operation, including sales, running the Marine accessory store, and as service manager. In 1971 he became general manager at Toledo Beach Marina in LaSalle, Michigan for its owner Virgil Gladieux. During the next thirty-five years, the marina doubled in slips to 540, created 125,000 square feet of heated storage, and the staff grew to 50 year-round employees, 70 in season. Paul continued to be directly involved in sales, and Toledo Beach grew to become one of the Midwest’s major sales operations. Paul was involved with many manufacturers over the years and sat on many adviser and dealer councils. He guided Toledo Beach to become one of the world’s top Hatteras dealers, and once to be number one in the world. Paul was also named the NUMBER ONE SALESMAN IN THE WORLD on two different occasions. In 2006 the marina was sold, but the boat sales company was retained by Tim Gladieux. Now with two locations to serve the Great Lakes, Paul continues to do what he has always loved to do… Sell boats and make people happy!
Brent Reed Sales Manager email	Brent grew up watching his father Paul run Toledo Beach Marina located in LaSalle MI. He spent his summers performing numerous tasks including boat deliveries for Toledo Beach Marina. He operated his first boat at age 7 and was delivering larger yachts by high school. Brent completed his Bachelors in Marketing and his MBA and then began a corporate sales career in medical equipment sales. He then decided to follow his passion and return to the boating industry with the newly formed Toledo Beach West in September 1997. “It is really a lifestyle not a career for me. I have always loved boating and am fortunate to be able to do this for a living. I am excited each day I get up and head to the office.” Brent is both the Sales Manager and also a new and pre-owned yacht salesperson. Brent has been a top performer and has earned numerous sales awards from Cabo Yachts, Hatteras Yachts and Tiara Yachts. Brent has lived in western Michigan since 1991 and now resides in Spring Lake, MI with his wife Lesley, and daughter Alexandra.
Mark Searles Sales Representative email	Mark grew up in small farming community in central Michigan. At a young age he learned the meaning of hard work from his father who ran the farm and began and grew a commercial cleaning equipment sales company. Mark moved from the small town to Grand Rapids to pursue his BSBA from Aquinas College. After college, Mark moved to Grand Haven in 1994 and purchased his first boat, he never dreamed he would end up with a career in the marine industry. After spending seven years in the automotive industry and his passion for boating grew, Mark decided it was time to make a change and joined the Toledo Beach West team in January 2001. Mark Specializes in new yacht sales of CABO Yachts, Grand Banks, Hatteras, and Tiara Yachts. He has also been very involved with brokerage sales. Mark has received many awards from Tiara Yachts for exemplary sales performance. Mark resides in Spring Lake with his wife Jodi and step-son Jared.
Jimmy Quiroz Service Manager email	Jimmy joined our team in March 2000 and has had training for Mercruiser and Crusader gasoline engines, Mercury and Yamaha outboards and has completed training at Grand Banks Yachts, Hatteras Yachts, Tiara Yachts and Pursuit Boats. Jimmy coordinates the warranty work both at Grand Isle and in the field with our own staff and our many sub-contractors, orders parts, administers warranty claims, oversee’s the setting up of boat shows, and much more.
Kelcie McGreavy Sales and Marketing Coordinator email	Kelcie joined the Toledo Beach West family in June 2005. Kelcie’s responsibilities include assisting the salespersons, setting up and working of boat shows, creation of listings on our sales sheets, creation of brochures, newsletters & mailings, and maintaining our 8 used boat websites.
Jeff VanderMolen Customer Service email	Jeff became acquainted with Toledo Beach West when he was a captain for a Toledo Beach West customer who had just purchased a new Hatteras 55’ Convertible. Jeff came to work for Toledo Beach West in April 2006. He is a valuable member of our team. His focus is to do the make ready and testing when a new yacht arrives from the factory. He then performs the new boat orientation and customer instruction as part of our extensive delivery and orientation process. Jeff also delivers many yachts for us from across the eastern seaboard and Florida. For example, Jeff brings our new Hatteras Yachts back from New Bern, NC and our new Grand Banks Yachts back from Norfolk, VA. He has extensive experience with the waters from the Great Lakes, eastern US, Florida and the river systems from Chicago to Alabama.
