Factory Authorized Warranty Work & Mobile Service
Toledo Beach West can perform factory authorized warranty work through many sources. When your boat is located at Grand Isle Marina, Toledo Beach West will contract with Grand Isle Marina to perform your warranty work. If you keep you boat at another marina or city, Toledo Beach West has a mobile service department that will travel to your boat to perform the warranty work. This mobile work is completed by Toledo Beach West's own personnel, Pier Yacht Werks, or Slater Yacht Service. The majority of issues can be addressed right in the slip, however, major warranty repairs may necessitate the boat being brought back to Grand Isle Marina. If your boat is diesel powered, the engine warranty work will be performed by the local diesel distributor (i.e. Cummins of Michigan, Michigan Caterpillar, Williams Detroit Diesel, etc.). This is also true for air conditioning units and generators. Grand Isle Marina Grand Isle Marina offers a wide range of services including dockage, winter storage, engine repairs, fiberglass and paint repairs, and more. For a full list of their services, please call (616) 842-9330. Custom Fishing Equipment Installations Toledo Beach West offers custom fishing equipment installations on all of the new boats we sell. This includes electronics, rod holders, custom rod racks, dipsy dive triple rod holders, downriggers, temperature probes, etc. We can order parts for Big Jon Downriggers, Cannon Downriggers, Lee's Rod Holders and Outriggers, and many more. Please call our sales department for details. Electronics The field of marine electronics is highly specialized. Toledo Beach West contracts with Boat Services, Inc., Quality Marine Electronics, High Seas Technology, and the Ensley Radio Company for electronics installations. Boat Services, Inc. and Quality Marine Electronics of Holland, MI specialize in very custom electronics packages that are professionally installed for optimum performance. They handles only high quality product lines, including Furuno, Icom, Northstar, Raymarine, Simrad, and others. Custom electronics packages for new Hatteras Yachts can be performed by one of two quality installers. They are the Ensley Radio Company and High Seas Technology. These two companies are authorized by Hatteras to perform the installations right at the Hatteras plant. They do the electronics for almost every Hatteras Yacht that leaves the plant. A Toledo Beach West salesperson will also assist you with the selection of the electronics and arranging for the work to be ordered, scheduled, and completed. Custom Canvas Due to the specialized nature of custom canvas Toledo Beach West contracts with Canvas Specialties out of Holland, MI to perform our custom canvas work out of our Grand Haven office. Please call us for details, quotes, or a list of their services. Custom canvas projects for new Hatteras Yachts can be performed right at the Hatteras plant in New Bern, by Pipewelder's Inc. A Toledo Beach West salesperson will assist you in ordering, scheduling, and arranging your canvas projects. Boat Detailing Toledo Beach West contracts with several experienced boat detailing companies. They include Port to Port Marine Detailing out of Grand Haven, MI and Dockside Detailing out of Holland, MI. |
